[Tigers] Missing Tiger Emails

Agreed.  Lately, maybe the last month or two, I've been seeing a lot of
mail on here ending up in Spam.  I can always see if there's anything in
the Spam folder on my Gmail account, but IIRC some other systems require
you to manually go to the spam folder to check for misdirected messages.
