Ron,
I can’t tell you much about the B19KC group except that my Tiger (2nd last mk1A, build date Dec 1966) had one from the factory according to the VIN plate. All I got was a blue painted 5-bolt 289.
Happy and safe holidays to all,
Theo

Subject: [Tigers] Original Engine Study
I'm the guy conducting the Original Tiger Engine Study; soliciting again.
I'm always looking for more information about all the Tiger Engine Groups.
You don't have to be tearing your engine apart to participate.
I have a Worksheet that is easy to fill out that I will email to you. Contact me off list.
T15KL engine group is a very small engine group - I have some info but I'm always looking to see more
K22KA engine group - 1 entry
T12KA engine group - 2 entries
S6KA engine group - 1 enter
B19KC the spring build - 0 entries
I believe there was an early build of the B19KC engine group painted Black possibly in the 5500 to 5900 engine sequence number.
I would really like to understand these engines built to 1965 specification and prove their existence.
Holiday Cheers to All
Ron Fraser
