[Tigers] Mark II H/L rims

Using the June 1968 Rootes parts catalog, there's a listing for "Tiger II 1st production" and "Alpine V from B395017900" using the same part number, presumably the smooth, non-peaked part. We had a question about this on Facebook when I found a posting of an Alpine V purchased new in the UK in February 1968(and we think actually built the month before) with the Tiger II smooth headlight rims.
