I found a comment on the Internet stating Ford changed from 160 to 157 teeth
to improve starter gear engagement.
I have no idea when Ford made this change.
 
Has anyone with a Mk II ever counted the teeth on the flywheel?
The Tiger Parts List indicates the 160 tooth ring gear but I'm wondering if
Ford made this change for these 1966 289 engines.
