[Tigers] Tire Changer - there is a difference

Yep that was the one I saw, was trying to get BendPak/Ranger to upgrade 
my ranger machine (26EX) if I did some work for them, but they couldn't 
swing it at the time. One thing to watch out for is that everything get 
close to the rim, and one operator error and you have the same problem 
as before :)

If anyone wants to do it and in the LA area let me know, my only deal is 
you haul your own tires away!
