[Tigers] Hardtop Rebuild - Wing Windows

Hi All,
 
I'm in the middle of a hardtop rebuild and need some advice on the
wing windows.
The window frame is riveted in three places: top front, bottom
front and rear.
I'd like to remove the minimum number of rivets to complete
the window replacement task.
Any experience and/or advice is much appreciated.
