[Tigers] Fuel Pumps

I rebuilt my SU with the kit from SS. It worked great for a while. I just
happened to have this Carter in the garage so I installed it. I'll use it for
now and probably take apart the SU to see if I can figure out why it is
clicking so slowly now.
