Some of us were following the bidding on red Tiger II # 513 on eBay(a car TAC'd by a Pacific Northwest team, and offered at auction from western Pennsylvania.) It apparently closed on a bid of $50,000, and there was some discussion about the bogusness of the VIN plate rivets(duly noted on the TAC certificate). If you read the certificate, you know that in an instance like that, the inspectors were still of the opinion from all three that it is a genuine Tiger unibody that did travel down the Jensen assembly line, but they can't warrant that this unibody originally came with the VIN plate affixed to it at inspection.
