Cullen, the non standard rivets are noted on the TAC certificate. It's only a little interesting that the car seems to be for sale in western Pennsylvania, the TAC inspection seems to have been performed by inspectors in the Pacific northwest(I recognize two of the names) on #513 in 2009. I, too, have nothing to comment on about this car that triggers any general reservations concerning what I see from the photos.
