CAT is still listing the Alt bracket, their part number 'E20' for $119.00,
and as mentioned before, it is aluminum, and you may need to be a member to
buy it from them.
The Ford number that David Franchi gave out can be checked with a Ford or
Lincoln dealer. If it doesn't check out as a genuine part number, they can
enter it into another section of their online catalogue specifically as an
engineering number, and come up with the equivalent part number, and then
can check availability. Cross your fingers.
If you strike out there, have them give you the part number, and check with
www.greensalescompany.com . Their home page has a area for entering the
number, to check stock. They are an obsolete Ford Motor Company parts
source. I got Capri II wheels, caps, and lug nuts from them recently.
