[Tigers] bulb dye

Hi Jim,
Model airplane guys use fabric dye to color plastic canopies... that may work
for the lens. One package of dye is probably enough to do the entire Tiger
production run of generator lights, but it's pretty inexpensive.

Functionally, a red LED behind the warning light lens looks great.
