[Tigers] Oil mess on concrete

Powdered laundry or dishwasher soap works pretty well... sprinkle it out over
the mess, broom it into the affected area, then pour a little hot water at a
time over it and keep at it with the broom. You may have to repeat this a few
times but it will pull out a lot of the grease and oil.
