[Tigers] Brake line flush-non Tiger

If you were to flush the system with a brake cleaning solvent, then you need
to expose it to air to allow that fluid to evaporate... however, if you use
compressed air to blow the lines out then you need to consider that the output
of the air compressor will have compressor oil in it, as well as moisture from
the air; so you may be putting in more contaminants than you're getting out,
unless you have both a filter and a dryer on your compressor output.

On balance it would seem to be better to flush with clean brake fluid.
