[Tigers] Overbore run hot?

My 289 is bored out .060" and yes, it overheated. After all the recognized 
Tiger overheating fixes had been applied, a big alloy rad cured it for good. 
If you didn't put in high compression pistons, and stayed with a stock cam 
and valve train, you might get away without the rad.
