[Tigers] turn signal rebuild

As Theos was turned 90 degress, making the canceling tab useless, I wondered if that is why I see some cars with the signal lever on the inside as opposed to what I think is the norm, the left side for a left side drive car. Theo if you change your lever to the oppisite side would that make things work?
