[Tigers] Cam change

Hey, guys:

I apologize in advance if this has been discussed before, but I've got a question about changing the camshaft in my Tiger's engine.  Can the cam be changed with the engine in the car?  I realize that the front of the motor and the radiator, etc., would need to be removed, but is there generally enough room up inside the nose of the car to remove and refit a cam?  Has anyone tried/done this???
