[Tigers] upgrade to 15" rims tires

You can run 6" wide wheels, but you will have to trim your front valnce 
panel. Depending on whel offset and tire choice, I don't believe you will get 
sevens into stock rear wheel wells. You might be able to use 5.5" wide wheels 
up front and not cut your valence, but wheel offset will be the key. A 
stock Tiger tire is about 24" in diameter, so factor this in, when you seek 
tires.

Pack Racing has Minilite looking Superlite wheels, that have worked well 
for me.
