[Tigers] gen information

The following email was sent by Rob but it didnt post, it was just blank, so I
emailed to ask what he had attempted to post. he told me what he had wanted to
pass on to the LIST. It seems he too is having problems with LIST mail. Here
is his email, minus a bit of conversation that wasnt part of the orginal.
