Just pulled out my wiring harness about a month ago.  It ran down the
drivers 
side of the car.  From the dash, it went through the top large
opening in the 
drivers foot well in front of door, popped out at the floor,
ran down the floor 
with 2-3 clips that are welded on the rocker panel, then
just to the rear bulk 
head back in then up and then into the trunk with one
set of wires going to the 
fuel pump and the rest into the trunk, again on the
drivers side.

However, the trunk cluster of wires will not go thru the rear
bulkhead hole so 
start from the BACK and work your way forward as there is
only one set of 4-5 
wires without the right turns for fuel pump etc and and
the bulk of the rear 
light wires will also not go thru the rear bulk head. 
If your wires under the 
dash for the rear wiring harness are still connected,
mark them on both sides so 
that when you get back to the dash with the rear
harness, you can connect them 
back up.
