[Tigers] What makes this car an Alger?

Stephen,

Absent a TAC inspection we probably can't determine its origin. The one
thing that stands out is the serial number. The 10 digit number is in the
Tiger 1966 range, but the plate says its right hand drive (RXFE), which it
clearly isn't. It could've been converted from right hand drive to left hand
drive, of course.
