[Tigers] Steering rack conversion

There was an Alpine (Alger) at the Knott's Ford show that had a Volvo 
crossmember (142/144 ???) adapted to it.  I don't know all that was 
involved, but the guy was happy with the performance.  Having owned a 544 
(and knowing Volvo never changed stuff much) I can attest that the setup 
looks quite similar to the Sunbeam.
