[Tigers] Hagerty British Market Report

Maybe their prices are from auctions results.  We  see what cars are going 
for on ebay and people telling us on this list about  their cars. It seems 
to me that cars that look good from 20' are selling in the  $22K-$28K range. 
To me that's an average car.
