[Tigers] Shifter lever length

I don't know too much about these, except that mine needs to come off to
fix the #@$%^& shifter . . .but . .  when we built the Kirkham Cobra a
few years ago, the only new Cobra shifter lever we could find had a
non-functional reverse lockout.  Looks good, but no cable, etc.  So,
although this may have changed, if you are buying one of these used or
repro, you may want to verify whether the lockout will be operational.
