[Tigers] Rear Spring Shackles

One of the guys was selling raising blocks for the rear, they were like an
aluminium spacer that went between the spring, i cant remember if they
required the longer U bolts or not, but they raised the rear about 1 inch
IIRC someone should have his details. CAT also stock longer U bolts if
needed.
