[Tigers] Carroll Shelby Loses Trademark Fight Over Cobra's Design

Shelby, after pasting his name on nearly anything that will roll, was trying to belatedly shake down the industry that helped his original car remain in the limelight. 
He has degenerated into a grasping joke of himself.
Pity.
