Alvin, it sounds like a Micro-Mesh maintenance kit.  The main product line
is used extensively on aircraft "glass" to remove scratches in windows and
canopies.  For heavy scratches, abrasive sheets begin at 1500 and
incrementally go as high as 20,000 grit for polishing.  Several companies
