First, I think you've already gotten good advice from others about differentiating
your car from other Tigers. In the end, it's you who is the only one you need
to please.

Keep in mind that when they appear on eBay occasionally, the grille alone, without
the special upper moulding, commands around $1200 and up. Maybe if you haven't
already, you could superimpose or photoshop a picture of your actual car with
a Mark 2 grille, and see what you think.

And if you do go ahead with it, keep the old grille parts, in the event that
you want to switch back to the original look.
