[Tigers] Yearly Confusion

B382000331 is registered as a 1966 Make:Rootes Model:Roadster.  In VA, 
to get it changed, you have to pay a DMV inspector to come and look at 
it.  I figure when my executor has to sell the car, I he can put it up 
on ebay as the only Rootes Roadster ever made and have the title to 
prove it.
