Hello,

Gary and I got our hardtops painted and back to his shop. Its been so long
(too long) since we disassembled them and we didn't photo the "taking
apart". How many times do I have to learn this lesson.......

We need help. Has anybody a selection of photos of the inside of the
hardtop? First off, the finish of the slanted rear "buttresses" that make the
corner between the side and rear. After that, photos of the finished roof
inside that show the leading edge and the end. We bought SS Rick's headliner
kit but it comes with no instructions. BTW: is there any insulation between
the liner and the inside to the steel top? There is precious little on
hardtops in the CAT Shop Notes. And I looked in Tigers United but I was
unsuccessful.

I used the glass 1/4 windows from that chap in CA. Nice, I must say. Fit
just right. And for the record, the pop rivets that hold the 1/4s together
are steel. The channels for the window appear to be a brass base with nickel
only, or chrome plus nickel plating. My guess is just nickel. They are
neither stainless nor aluminum, and certainly not ferrous.

Anybody?
