[Tigers] Is this a Bogus Tiger?

I am wondering if anyone else thinks this car currently on eBay might be a
bogus Tiger.  It's hard to tell at a distance, but this one's just strange
to me.

Check out little details, like the lack of JAL and Vin plates, the Alpine
steering wheel, the side trim (or lack thereof), the funky exhaust, the 1968
Jaguar XKE clock, the wooden dash, the dash pad, etc.  Am I wrong?
