[Tigers] Mediterranean Blue Tiger with a White Top?

I know that car!  It's actually black, right?  How the heck did you do that?
Just to get the Mediterranean blue color right must have been a trick!  TI
have decided to go ahead and do the white top and tonneau.  What the heck,
it can be changed if I decide I don't like it down the road.  Old Corvettes
had this color combination, so it should look period correct and quite nice.
