[Tigers] rear end gear ratio

While 3.31:1 is a common warmed over Tiger ratio,
be sure your speed (speedometer will probably be wrong) and tach (original
Smiths tachs will undoubtely be reading high) are giving you the right
numbers to plug into the calculator.
