[Tigers] making air cleaner more theft proof

So in what circumstances would it be stolen?  When I have the hood open, at a show, I am always close by.  When the car is parked the hood is closed and latched.  Better yet, windows up and door locked.

I just don't see it as an issue.  Only Tiger people know the value and I hope we are above the Corvette VIN tag stealing riff-raff.
