[Tigers] making air cleaner more theft proof

Well  with a wingnut they dont need tools. Would they still take it if it if
you  just tightened a hex head nut on with a ratchet or something? Maybe  a
locking nut like a jam nut?

And I'm pretty sure the hex nut is original and not a  wingnut.  At least 
with a hex nut someone would have to have some kind of  tool in their pocket.
On this site I think I remember someone relating that  a Corvette 
aircleaner was stolen while a car was on display at a car show. So,  with Tiger 
cleaners going for $1k there is always the chance of  theft.
