[Tigers] making air cleaner more theft proof

Well with a wingnut they dont need tools. Would they still take it if it if
you just tightened a hex head nut on with a ratchet or something? Maybe a
locking nut like a jam nut?

hole and attaching a chain(small in diameter- link wise)
