So.....
 
At least up to early Mk1A the over-riders were the earlier, sturdier  type.
 
Now the record keeping is getting somewhere, though this is not an  area I 
confess, of over-reaching curiosity I'm sure....
 
But all the same, useful to some.

The January 1968 parts catalog has the following two  listings for Series IV
forward:
