[Tigers] bumper over-riders

Jim,

Cant say which tigers used what number, but... i assume the numbers both
relate to the later style with rubber insert, these started on the SIV
alpines, which were the first to move away from the ornate SI-3 versions. So
you would assume the early MKI uses the same as the SIV alpines.
