I think if the reserve was $45 it would have sold because the bidding  
reached $45.  Sometimes they announce the reserve when the bidding ends,  but in 
this case I didn't hear them mention it.

The 67 MKlA on  the Mecum Kansas City auction got up to $45,000 and didn't  
make the  reserve.  Was nice and clean looking car from the outside. Who   
knows what the reserve was!
