[Tigers] seat frames and seat slides

Allan,

The SIV vs V alpine seat is the same as the MKI v MKIA issue as they were
occuring at the same time.. its the same for cross over bodies and the
transition from SIV to SV.. basically as the alpine shell and interior spec
changed so did the Tiger as they were inherantly linked.
