	There should be a date code near the casting number.   It will be a
year number with raised dots in a circle.
I believe your original pump would have a 65 number.

Definitely rebuild it.

I just replaced what I believe to be the original water pump.  Now that is
amazing.

Numbers on it are - C5AE-8505-C

I will have it rebuilt and put it on the shelf.
