i looked into doing a run in original tin and also in stainless steel a few
years back.. issue is you need to make a stamp.. the more you have to make
the higher qaulity the stamp has to be and more expensive. Prices on these
range from 500-1000 depending on condition and how many people bid on them
ina given auction.. if you do run of them you have to look at them costing
about 300+ each to make, you will need to make at least 10... and you are
not going to be able to sell them all in 1 go.. so you are sitting on 3K of
aircleaner housings.

A member in our club in AU did some in fibreglass that externally looked
correct.. but i believ even those were hard to move. The you have the alloy
"tiger" aftermarket ones that look like LAT rocker covers.. these were
bringing silly money too for a while.
