[Tigers] Mk1 vs Mk2 shifters

Well IIRC there are 3 or 4 types of shifter in the BON. There are the short
shifters on the T10 boxes on the early Tigers, then there is a short
shifter on the early toplaoders (perhaps 2 but maybe the difference was just
the shifter knob?) and then there is the long cranked shifter for the
toploader on all the other tigers. I can see maybe the T10 having a
different location for the bolts.. but i figure all the topladers used in
the Tigers would be the same.. anyone?
