Another name...Mustard Gas. In the 70's they banned the use of flame 
torch's for locating freon leaks...you guessed it....phosgene.

The chemistry seems pretty straight-forward, so I would not ignore this
warning.  Phosgene is bad stuff.  My Dad was in the trenches in WWI in
France and once described to me some of what he saw happen to those
exposed.  A pretty strong impression on a young lad.
