[Tigers] direction of oil flow through filter

On the filter, there's a one-way valve that allows the oil only in
through the outside, and out through the center.
Most of the cast remote mounts have enough of the oil passages evident
that you can tell which ports run to the center of the filter base and
which run to the outside. Sometimes you can just go by which ports are
closer to the central axis of the base. Some of the mounts have the
ports labeled IN and OUT... You might need a good light and a brush to
remove road grime.
