[Tigers] Headers and Oil filters

I have a set of those, except they're not shiny, and they have more
dents than yours... They're currently on the shelf. At least with those,
you have room for any and all remote filter setups, because the #5 pipe
runs behind the engine mount. I don't see how the filter would have come
even close to the headers... There isn't a lot of room to the frame
rail, though.
