'trunk curtain' - that describes it well.  ok thanks, i think i
understand now.  i will need to attach some snaps though.

so under the soft top (between the curtain and the curved rear 'seat'
back, there isn't really anything other than the metal body?

now i just need to figure out what to do with the loose sides of the
soft top....
