[Tigers] Hot Ignition

yes, i run most stuff unswitched (and fused).  the only switched stuff
i have goes through a relay.  i don't the idea of putting a lot or
current through switches.  it just doesn't make any sense.

all i have now is headlights running through the switch but i have
that fuse too (since last week!)
