[Tigers] Gas tank covers

The original isn't plastic, it was a cardboard fiberboard sort of stuff,
coated with something like black paint or vinyl.  The kind of stuff that
puffs up and weakens when wet.  The plastic ones are the replacements
sold by several of the usual Sunbeam vendors.

What is the correct trunk material that covers the area hiding the  gas 
tanks?  My car came with black plastic about 1/4" thick.  Is this
stock? Did
