[Tigers] Gas tank covers

For non-concours cars/people a cheap alternative can be made with black mat
board found at a frame shop or art supply store...less than $10...but you need
to be handy with a cutting knife and have/make a pattern.

I didn't want the factory tail light holes and a smooth finish look to my
panels, plus the black goes all the way through so it won't look scratched.
