[Tigers] Mobil1

Tigers,

I just bought a new car.  The oil filler cap says, "Mobil1 5W-30".
If this stuff is so good, I was wondering if I should switch and use Mobil1 in 
the Tiger.
I change the oil at least yearly (less than 2,000 miles) now.
I'm wondering if the synthetic is that much better.  It certainly costs more!
If I switch is there a "flush" process, or do I just drain the present oil and 
refill with Mobil1?
